It is powered by a 50.2 HP motor and operates at 2,500 RPM. The machine is equipped with a high-load, high-precision rotary table structure, available in sizes up to 2500 x 3000mm with a 30-ton capacity. This structure ensures stable processing conditions through a thrust roller bearing design and a strong bi-directional clamping mechanism. Control is managed via CNC, with options including Fanuc, Heidenhain (T640), and Siemens (840 Dsl) controllers and servo motors. The mill utilizes an ATC with an ISO#50 taper, supporting 40, 60, or 90 tools, with a maximum tool weight of up to 30kg and a maximum tool length of 500mm. It also features Through Spindle Coolant (CTS) capability, offering pressures of 16, 30, or 50 bar.
