The KINGRED DK7732 Wire EDM Machine features CNC control for high-precision wire electrical discharge machining with X and Y-axis travels of 12.6 inches (320 mm) and 15.7 inches (400 mm), respectively. It supports a maximum cutting thickness of up to 500 mm, allowing machining of diverse metallic workpieces with excellent accuracy, typically within ±0.015 mm. The machine employs wire diameters ranging from 0.10 to 0.20 mm, moving at speeds between 5 to 11 m/s, and uses a max current of 6 A during cutting, enabling efficient material removal with surface roughness as low as 1.2 μm after multi-cutting operations. Its robust cast-iron structure undergoes tempering and aging for durability and vibration resistance, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. The DK7732 is equipped with a modular electrical design to minimize failures and ease maintenance.
