The KINGRED KD400CL Wire EDM machine is a CNC-controlled wire cutting electric discharge machine featuring precise travel ranges of 12.6 inches (320 mm) in the X-axis, 15.7 inches (400 mm) in the Y-axis, and 11.8 inches (300 mm) in the Z-axis, suitable for machining various conductive materials including steel, alloys, copper, and titanium alloys. It incorporates servo motor drives for the X and Y axes, enhancing positional accuracy through closed-loop feedback and compensation, critical for multi-hole parts and high-precision mold manufacturing.
