The KINGRED KD500GL CNC Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision, heavy-duty wire-cut electrical discharge machine designed for accurate and reliable machining of conductive materials such as steel, alloy, copper, and titanium. Featuring a robust "C" structure and "T" shape machine bed, the KD500GL ensures excellent rigidity, long-term accuracy, and stable performance. The machine offers travel ranges of 15.75 inches (X-axis), 19.69 inches (Y-axis), and 11.81 inches (Z-axis), supporting a maximum workpiece load of 600 kg on a 520×800 mm working table. Its advanced CNC control system, AutoCUT, enables automated operation with high expansibility and maintainability. The unique design of the taper cutting system, including U and V axes carriages, allows for easy adjustment of the Z-axis without removing the molybdenum wire, streamlining operation and reducing setup time. It operates on a 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply with a rated power of ≤3 KVA and includes a 60L working tank with a 0.005 mm filter for efficient debris removal.
