The KINGRED KD500GL CNC Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision, heavy-duty wire-cut electrical discharge machine designed for accurate and reliable machining of conductive materials such as steel, alloy, copper, and titanium. Featuring a robust "C" structure and "T" shape machine bed, the KD500GL ensures excellent rigidity, long-term accuracy, and stable performance. The machine offers travel ranges of 15.75 inches (X-axis), 19.69 inches (Y-axis), and 11.81 inches (Z-axis), supporting a maximum workpiece load of 600 kg on a 520×800 mm working table. Its advanced CNC control system, AutoCUT, enables automated operation with high expansibility and maintainability. The unique design of the taper cutting system, including U and V axes carriages, allows for easy adjustment of the Z-axis without removing the molybdenum wire, streamlining operation and reducing setup time. All axes are equipped with Taiwan-made linear guideways, while X and Y axes utilize servo motors for swift and precise movement. The machine achieves a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8–2.5 μm and a cutting accuracy of ±0.006 mm for straight cuts and ±0.015 mm for angled cuts, with a minimum drive unit of 0.001 mm. The electrode wire diameter ranges from Φ0.12 to Φ0.20 mm, and the maximum cutting speed is 200 mm²/min. The machine measures 71.26 × 62.99 × 78.74 inches and weighs 661.39 lbs. It operates on a 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply with a rated power of ≤3 KVA and includes a 60L working tank with a 0.005 mm filter for efficient debris removal.
