KMTC TK6113 HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The KMTC TK6113 is a CNC Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a 5.1-inch (Ф130 mm) diameter boring spindle with an ISO 50 taper, driven by a 17 kW servo motor. It offers a spindle speed range of 6 to 1000 rpm (with an option for 5-3000 rpm). The machine is equipped with a substantial worktable measuring 1400x1600 mm, capable of handling a maximum load of 8000 kg (or 10000 kg). Its travel capacities include a Y-Vertical travel of the headstock (Y axis) of 1600 mm (62.8 in.) and a Table Transversal Travel (X axis) of 2500 mm (70.7 in.), along with a Worktable longitudinal travel (Z axis) of 2000 mm and Boring spindle travel (W axis) of 900 mm. The worktable rotates 360° (B axis). Rapid travel speed across the X/Y/Z axes is 10 m/min.
