The LeBlond NQ Manual Lathe is a heavy-duty engine lathe designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a massive swing over bedways of 62 inches, allowing for the turning of large diameter workpieces, while the swing over cross slide is 44 inches, providing ample clearance for complex operations. The lathe offers a wide range of spindle speeds from 1.5 to 165 RPM, enabling precise control for various materials and cutting requirements. The spindle thru hole measures 3.25 inches, accommodating substantial bar stock. The machine is equipped with a 59-inch diameter faceplate with 4 jaws, ideal for holding large or irregularly shaped workpieces. A live center is included for accurate support during turning operations. The lathe supports inch threading, making it suitable for standard imperial measurements. It also features a capacity roller type steadyrest up to 37 inches, ensuring stability for long workpieces. The lathe comes with a selection of miscellaneous tooling to enhance versatility.
