The LeBlond RKL-2500G is a heavy-duty manual precision lathe designed for demanding turning applications. It features a robust 26.0-inch swing over the bed and an extended distance between centers up to 157.6 inches, allowing for machining of large workpieces. Powered by a 15.0 HP motor, the lathe delivers up to 1,200 RPM across 12 fixed speeds via a geared headstock, providing high torque for various cutting operations. The spindle assembly includes a forged alloy steel spindle that is hardened, ground, and dynamically balanced, supported by precision tapered roller bearings with constant forced lubrication for durability and accuracy.
