The Maier ML125 is a high-performance 7-axis Swiss-type turning center engineered for precision machining of small to medium complexity parts. This machine accommodates up to 0.500" bar stock with maximum turning diameters of 0.280" on the main spindle and 0.470" on the sub-spindle, delivering turning lengths up to 6.290" and 0.470" respectively. Equipped with dual main spindles and a sub-spindle, each rated at 10,000 RPM with 7.30 HP, the ML125 enables simultaneous multi-tool operations with up to 12 turning tools and 6 rotary tools on the primary cross-working carrier, plus 6 turning tools and 2 rotary tools on the secondary frontside carrier. The machine supports simultaneous cutting with two tools, maximizing productivity through coordinated machining cycles.
