The MAIER ML20 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type turning machine designed for complex, high-volume production of small to medium-sized components. The machine is equipped with one main spindle and a sub-spindle, each capable of 8,000 RPM, with the main spindle rated at 7.33 HP and the sub-spindle at 2.00 HP, enabling efficient simultaneous machining on both ends. The primary tool carrier is a turret supporting up to 16 turning tools and 8 rotary tools, while a secondary slide adds 4 turning and 4 rotary tool positions. Rotary tools operate at 2.00 HP and 2.00 RPM, supporting versatile milling and drilling operations. The ML20 offers up to 6 axes as standard, with optional upgrades to 7 axes for enhanced flexibility.
