This vertical machining center features a large, rigid table measuring 91" x 40", capable of supporting heavy workpieces up to 8,816 lbs. It operates on a 3-axis system (X, Y, Z) with travels of 78.74", 39.37", and 31.49" respectively, all with coordinated maximum and rapid feed rates of 787 inches per minute, ensuring fast and precise positioning. The vertical spindle supports a #40 taper with an optional HSK-A63 taper, delivering up to 25 HP (30-minute rating) and a maximum spindle speed of 20,000 RPM for high-speed machining and excellent surface finish. Tool handling is efficient with a 30-position automatic tool changer (ATC), which can be optionally expanded to 80 tools, and an 8-second tool change time, enabling flexible and rapid machining cycles. The machine does not include support for rotary tables or pallet changers by default. Its spindle orientation is vertical, enabling versatile machining processes such as milling, drilling, and boring on heavy and large components. The absence of auxiliary axes like U or pallet changers makes it well-suited for high load and large parts machining in industries requiring robust vertical machining centers for precise, heavy-duty tasks.
