The MAMMOTH PROKING PB-60 Horizontal Machining Center is engineered for high-capacity, precision turning and milling operations, featuring a robust main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 47.250" and a turning length of 800.000". The main spindle chuck diameter is 48.000", supporting a maximum swing of 60.130" for large workpieces. The machine is equipped with a single main spindle, capable of operating at 630 RPM with 30 HP standard, or an optional 500 RPM with 50 HP for enhanced torque and power. The system supports two main spindles, each with identical standard and optional configurations, allowing for flexible production setups. The primary tool carrier is a slide type, enabling precise tool positioning, and the machine supports one simultaneous cutting tool for efficient machining. With a 2-axis configuration, the PB-60 delivers accurate and repeatable results. The Z-axis travel is 60.000" standard, with an optional extension to 800.000" for extended machining capabilities.
