Technical Description

This CNC vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 59.000 inches in length by 25.500 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,200 lbs. An optional index or rotary table can be added for enhanced workpiece positioning. The vertical spindle utilizes a BT 40 taper, with a standard maximum speed of 10,000 RPM and an optional upgrade to 12,000 RPM. The spindle is powered by a 15 HP motor (30-minute rating), with an optional 20 HP configuration for demanding applications. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC), compatible with either Genoa or Arm style carriers, supporting 20 tools as standard and up to 24 tools as an option. A pallet changer is available for increased productivity. The machine operates on three axes (X, Y, Z), with X-axis travel of 51.200 inches, Y-axis travel of 27.500 inches, and Z-axis travel of 28.000 inches. Maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds are 394 inches per minute and 787 inches per minute, respectively, across all axes, ensuring efficient and precise machining operations.
