This CNC vertical machining center features a 44" x 20" work table capable of supporting up to 1,540 lbs, suitable for heavy-duty machining tasks. The vertical spindle supports BT40 taper as standard with an optional CAT40 taper, driven by a 15 HP motor rated for 30-minute operation, spinning up to 8,000 RPM as standard and optionally up to 12,000 RPM for higher-speed machining. Tool management is automated via a 20-station Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with an option to increase capacity to 24 tools, and optional pallet and rotary table support enhance workpiece handling flexibility. The machine’s spindle and tool holders are designed for stability and precision at high RPMs, leveraging symmetrical BT40 tooling for superior balance or CAT40 taper tools for industry compatibility.
