The MAS MASTURN 70 Horizontal Machining Center is a robust CNC turning machine designed for high-precision machining of large-diameter and long workpieces. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 20.000" (508 mm) and a maximum turning length of 118.000" (3,000 mm), making it suitable for demanding production tasks. The main spindle chuck diameter is 12.000" (305 mm), and the maximum swing over the bed is 32.000" (813 mm), allowing for versatile part handling. The machine is equipped with a single main spindle capable of speeds up to 1,800 RPM and powered by a 37 HP motor, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. The primary tool carrier is a Multifix turret, supporting up to 8 tools, with the ability to use one cutting tool at a time.
