Technical Description

This CNC machining center features robust travel capacities with an X-axis travel of 17.13", Y-axis travel of 18.31", and Z-axis travel of 22.05", supporting versatile 3-axis machining with optional 4th-axis readiness. It includes a high-speed spindle capable of 20,000 RPM with a CAT 40 taper, optimized for a wide range of cutting operations, supported by a 90-tool ATC magazine for efficient tool changes. The control system employs a Fanuc G-Tech 31iB CNC with a 15" touchscreen, providing advanced functions such as Intelligent Precision Control (IPC), Advanced Tap (Ad-Tap) for optimized threading, and integrated software for program operation and editing via memory cards. The machine incorporates thermal displacement compensation on the Z-axis and scale feedback on the B (-125° to +10°) and C (360° continuous rotation) axes, ensuring superior accuracy during complex multi-axis operations.
