The MATSUURA RA-IIF 3-Axis Dual Pallet Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance CNC machine designed for precision milling and production efficiency. Featuring a robust dual pallet changer, it enables uninterrupted operation by allowing one pallet to be machined while the other is loaded or unloaded. The machine offers a work envelope of 23" x 16" with X-axis travel of 23.6", Y-axis travel of 16.1", and Z-axis travel of 18.5", accommodating a wide range of part sizes. The table measures 23.6" in length and 14" in width, supporting a maximum pallet load capacity of 550 lbs. It is equipped with a 30-station Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) and a BT 40 taper spindle, supporting tools up to 3.15" in diameter, 11.8" in length, and 17.6 lbs in weight, with a rapid tool change time of just 1.8 seconds. Rapid traverse rates are 590 in/min on the X and Y axes and 472 in/min on the Z axis, ensuring fast positioning and reduced cycle times.
