The MAZAK SUPER QUADREX 200M Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance, multi-tasking CNC turning center designed for advanced production environments. It features a single main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 14.000", a turning length of 24.000", and a chuck diameter of 8.000", supporting a maximum bar diameter of 2.000". The main spindle delivers 30 HP and reaches speeds up to 5,000 RPM, ensuring efficient material removal and precision. The machine is equipped with two opposed turrets—upper and lower—providing a total of 12 turning tools and 12 rotary tools on the upper turret, and 8 turning and 8 rotary tools on the lower turret, with rotary tool power at 5 HP and speeds up to 4,500 RPM. Dual turrets enable simultaneous cutting with up to two tools, significantly reducing cycle times. The system supports on-center secondary milling and drilling operations, as well as C-axis functionality, but does not include off-center or Y-axis milling/drilling.
