Technical Description

The MICROCUT HBM5TL is a robust Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a 5.12-inch spindle size and substantial travels, including 177.00 inches in X-Horizontal Travel of Table and 126.00 inches in Y-Vertical Travel of Head. It is powered by a 60.0 HP motor, achieving a maximum spindle speed of 3,000 RPM. The machine is equipped with CNC (FANUC 31i MB) control. Key features include a large 98.25-inch by 98.25-inch table, also listed as 2500 x 2500 mm in metric data, capable of handling a maximum load of 20,000 kg. The quill (W axis) has a diameter of 130 mm and a travel of 700 mm (27.53 inches spindle travel is also provided).
