This vertical machining center features a substantial 122" × 59.1" worktable capable of supporting workpieces weighing up to 20,000 lbs, making it suitable for large-scale production work. The machine is equipped with a #50 spindle taper operating at a maximum of 6,000 RPM with 30 HP (30-minute rating), with optional #40 taper and 8,000 RPM configurations available at 25 HP. The three-axis design provides generous travel distances of 121" on the X-axis, 71" on the Y-axis, and 28" on the Z-axis, with rapid traverse rates of 393 IPM across all three axes. Maximum feed rates reach 276 IPM, enabling efficient material removal across various machining operations. The automatic tool changer accommodates 30 tools standard, expandable to 60 tools optionally, with a tool change time of 12 seconds, facilitating rapid job transitions and reduced cycle times. Optional 4-axis capability with A and B rotary axes (105° and 360° respectively) enables advanced multi-directional machining for complex geometries.
