The MIGHTY LRZ-1000AD Vertical Machining Center features a robust working table measuring 45.28" x 20.47" with five T-slots (0.708" wide, 3.93" pitch), supporting a maximum load of 1,320 lbs. It provides substantial travel capabilities with X-axis at 40.15", Y-axis at 20.47", and Z-axis at 25.2". The spindle-to-table distance ranges from 3.93" to 29.13", and the spindle center to column distance is 22.83". Powered by a 15 Hp spindle drive motor, the direct-coupled spindle runs at speeds up to 12,000 rpm, suitable for high-precision machining. The machine delivers a cutting feedrate between 0.34 and 196.8 IPM and rapid traverse speeds of 1,890 IPM across all axes, enabling efficient material removal and quick positioning. Equipped with a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer (ATC), it supports tools weighing up to 33 lbs with CAT40 tool shanks, featuring random tool selection for flexible operations. Additional features include a pull stud bolt P40t-1, auto lubrication system, work light, leveling and adjusting bolts, RS232 interface, coolant system, spindle oil cooler, chip conveyor, and remote manual pulse generator. Control is managed via a CNC system (Fanuc 0iMF), ensuring precise and repeatable machining cycles.
