This CNC machining center features a worktable measuring 23.6" x 55", providing ample space for a variety of workpieces. It offers substantial travel distances across three linear axes: 40" along the X-axis, 20" along the Y-axis, and 22" along the Z-axis, enabling versatile and precise machining operations. The spindle is powered by a robust 10 HP motor, capable of reaching speeds up to 4,000 RPM, suitable for heavy-duty cutting. The spindle uses a CT 50 taper, a large and rigid taper standard well-suited for demanding machining tasks requiring high stability and torque transmission. Tool management is facilitated by a 24-position automatic tool changer (ATC) combined with a 24-tool capacity, allowing efficient tool swaps and minimizing downtime. Additional capabilities include a 4th axis indexer for rotary machining, expanding the machine’s versatility for complex geometries and multi-axis machining.
