This CNC vertical machining center features a rigid table measuring 35.4" x 13.78", capable of supporting workpieces up to 883 lbs, enabling heavy-duty machining operations. It is equipped with a CAT40 spindle taper, with an ISO40 taper option, providing compatibility with a wide range of tooling. The spindle delivers up to 15 HP for 30-minute ratings and rotates at speeds up to 5,000 RPM for versatile cutting performance. Tool management is handled via a 24-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with an optional 36-tool capacity, enabling efficient tool changes within approximately 3 seconds, minimizing downtime. The machine supports three axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 29.52", 15.75", and 19.68" respectively, all featuring a rapid traverse speed of 945 inches per minute, which facilitates high productivity and precise positioning. An optional fourth axis (B-axis) provides 360° rotary motion for complex contouring and multi-angle machining. Pallet changer capabilities can be added to increase automation and reduce cycle times.
