MONARCH EBM-2600 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The Monarch EBM-2600 is a horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty and high-precision machining tasks. It features a robust table measuring 104" long by 35.4" wide, with an optional table width of 43.3", capable of supporting workpieces up to 9,920 lbs. The machine’s horizontal spindle uses a #50 taper, with a standard top speed of 6,000 RPM, upgradeable to 10,000 RPM. It delivers 20 HP in a 30-minute rating, optionally up to 35 HP, facilitating powerful cutting capabilities. The spindle is paired with a double-arm automatic tool changer (ATC) holding 32 tools, expandable to 60, with rapid tool change times of 3.5 seconds. The machining center operates on a 3-axis configuration, with travel of 102.0" on the X-axis, 55.0" on the Y-axis, and 43.3" on the Z-axis. All axes have a maximum feed rate of 394 inches per minute and rapid traverse speeds of up to 600 inches per minute. Optional support for an indexing table or rotary table enhances the machine’s flexibility for complex geometries and multi-face machining.
