MONARCH TVMC-3000 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

This vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 133" length by 24" width, engineered to support workpieces up to 8,800 lbs, with optional index and rotary table support for enhanced versatility. The spindle is vertical and available with a BT40 taper standard and BT50 taper optional, running at a top speed of 10,000 RPM standard and 12,000 RPM optionally. The spindle drives powerful motors rated at 20 HP for 30-minute duty, with an optional upgrade to 40 HP. Tooling is managed by a double-arm tool carrier with a base capacity of 24 tools, expandable to 40 tools, enabling fast tool changes in 3 seconds. The machine supports 3-axis motion (X, Y, and Z) with a possible optional 4th axis, providing travels of 130.7" (X), 28.3" (Y), and 24" (Z) at maximum feed rates of 393 inches per minute and rapid traverse speeds up to 1,890 inches per minute. This configuration provides a balance of heavy-duty capacity, flexibility, and speed suitable for large and complex machining tasks, including milling, drilling, and tapping.
