MORI-SAY 632 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The MORI-SAY 632 is a six-spindle automatic multispindle lathe engineered for high-precision mass production of bar stock components. This cam-operated machine accommodates bar stock with a maximum diameter of 32mm (1.260") and a maximum feeding length of 125mm, delivering exceptional rigidity and thermal stability during machining operations. Each of the six independent spindles operates at speeds ranging from 250 to 4,250 RPM, powered by a robust 22kW motor system. The machine features six transversal and six longitudinal saddles, complemented by four cross saddles, enabling simultaneous multi-axis machining capabilities. With twelve simultaneous cutting tools and a twelve-axis configuration, the 632 delivers rapid cycle times—featuring a 1-second dead time between operations. The machine's innovative design incorporates Siemens Simodrive motors with continuous regulation, ensuring precise feed and spindle control. Measuring approximately 6,884mm in total length with bar stock guide, 1,920mm in width, and 2,570mm in height, the machine provides a compact footprint suitable for integration into modern manufacturing facilities. The 632 excels in producing precision components across automotive, aerospace, and medical device applications, offering superior accuracy and manufacturing efficiency improvements. This versatile system can be modified into the 642AC variant for larger 42mm diameter bar stock, demonstrating the platform's adaptability to diverse production requirements.
