The MURATA (MURATEC) MW200G is a high-performance horizontal machining center featuring dual main spindles, each capable of 3,500 RPM and powered by 30 HP motors, designed to enable simultaneous machining operations. The machine is equipped with two 10-position turret tool carriers, each supporting up to 10 turning tools and 6 rotary tools running at 2,500 RPM and 5 HP, allowing for versatile multi-process capabilities. It supports up to two simultaneous cutting tools and operates on four axes—X, Y, Z, and rotation—offering travel ranges of 7.48" in X, 6.69" in Z, and rapid traverse rates of 945 inches per minute across X, Y, and Z axes. The MW200G integrates a high-speed three-axis gantry loader to maximize productivity with rapid load/unload times, reducing cycle times and floor space requirements.
