The NEWAY HM1257H is a precision horizontal machining center engineered for heavy-duty industrial production applications. This 3-axis CNC machine features a robust design with a one-piece machine bed casting incorporating Meehanite hardening and strategically positioned casting ribs to maximize rigidity and minimize deflection. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 4,000 kg (8,820 lbs) on its 1,250×1,250 mm (49.2×49.2 inch) square pallet, with travel dimensions of 2,200 mm (X-axis), 1,500 mm (Y-axis), and 1,500 mm (Z-axis). The horizontal spindle operates at a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM with a CAT#50 taper, delivering 22-26 kW of power for demanding cutting operations including milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping. Equipped with a 60-tool automatic tool changer featuring 7.5-second tool change time, the HM1257H ensures minimal production downtime. The machine utilizes a Fanuc Oi-MD CNC control system for precise part programming and execution.
