The horizontal spindle operates at a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM with a CAT#50 taper, delivering 22-26 kW of power for demanding cutting operations including milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping. Equipped with a 60-tool automatic tool changer featuring 7.5-second tool change time, the HM1257H ensures minimal production downtime. The machine utilizes a Fanuc Oi-MD CNC control system for precise part programming and execution. Its double-column frame design provides excellent bending and torsional resistance, while the integrated machine layout optimizes stress distribution and facilitates efficient chip removal and drainage.
