The Nomura Boring BN-110P(P2) is a high-capacity horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty workpieces, with a table size of 94" length by 55" width, supporting up to 33,000 lbs. It features a horizontal spindle with a #50 taper, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 2,500 RPM powered by a 25 HP motor rated for 30 minutes. The machine supports a 4-axis configuration with travels of 118" (X-axis), 65" (Y-axis), and 51" (Z-axis), all capable of feed rates up to 194 IPM and rapid traverses up to 394 IPM, enabling large and precise machining operations. The tooling system includes an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 40 tools, expandable as an option. This machining center is engineered for stability and accuracy when handling large, heavy parts, making it suitable for heavy machining industries such as aerospace, defense, and large component manufacturing.
