Technical Description

This advanced 4-axis CNC turning center features a 10" chuck and a 21.65" swing, supporting a maximum turning diameter of 13.78" and a bar capacity of 2". The machine delivers 30 horsepower with a spindle speed range of 380 to 3,800 RPM, a spindle bore of 3.15", and an A2-8 spindle nose. Maximum turning length is 35", with a distance between spindles of 47.24". The X-axis travel is 10.63" for turret one and 9.06" for turret two, while Z-axis travel is 36.61" and 36.22" respectively. The sub-spindle B-axis travel reaches 37.01". The machine weighs 27,000 lbs and measures 140" x 90" x 94". Rapid traverse rates are 1,181 ipm on the X-axis and 1,574 ipm on both Z-axis and sub-spindle.
