This CNC lathe features a 4" bar capacity and is equipped with dual spindles: a left A2-11 big bore spindle with a 4.4" bore supporting bars up to 4", reaching speeds up to 3,000 RPM, and a right A2-8 spindle with a 3.15" bore for bars up to 3", running at 3,800 RPM. The machine offers extensive travel capabilities with an X axis travel of 27.36", Z axis travel of 82.6", and additional Y-axis travel of 11.81", enhancing multi-dimensional machining. The turret supports 12 stations, facilitating quick tool changes for complex operations, while an optional upper automatic tool changer holds up to 80 CAPTO C6 tools. The machine’s maximum swing is 25.59" over the bed and 12.6" over the lower saddle. It incorporates advanced multi-axis capabilities with a C-axis rotary capability of 360,000° and a B-axis ranging from -30° to +210°, allowing precise contouring and milling tasks. Milling is supported by a 30 HP motor driving a spindle at 12,000 RPM for high-speed, high-precision milling operations.
