The ONA AF25 Wire EDM machine is a high-precision CNC wire electrical discharge machining tool featuring an X-axis travel of 15.75 inches, Y-axis travel of 11.81 inches, and Z-axis travel of 9.84 inches. It incorporates the ONA EASYCUT high-power digital generator which facilitates rapid cutting speeds up to 450 mm²/min with 0.33 mm wire diameter, enabling both rough and high-precision skim cuts for excellent surface finish and minimal recast layer. The machine has a robust mechanical structure made from stabilized gray iron blended with graphite, designed symmetrically to minimize thermal deformation and ensure exceptional accuracy. The machine supports taper cutting with programmable U and V axes providing ±30° taper angles, suitable for complex geometries.
