The spindle uses a #50 taper, delivering up to 2,000 RPM and powering a 67 HP motor rated for 30-minute intervals, ensuring ample torque for demanding cutting operations. The tool handling system includes an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a 40-tool capacity, expandable up to 100 tools, enabling versatile machining setups and reduced downtime. An optional dual-pallet changer supports efficient workpiece handling. The machine operates on four axes (X, Y, Z) with no U axis, providing extensive travel ranges: X-axis up to 88.58" (optional 118.11"), Y-axis up to 78.74" (optional 98.43"), and a Z-axis travel of 39.37", accommodating large and complex components.
