The spindle uses a #40 taper and operates at speeds up to 3,000 RPM standard, with an optional upgrade to 5,000 RPM, enabling versatile machining tasks. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) for efficient tooling, and the tool change chip time is set at zero seconds, optimizing production flow. Axis travel includes 47.24" in X, 31.5" in Y, and 31.5" in Z, all with rapid traverse rates of 394 inches per minute, while the A-axis rotates 105° and the B-axis provides full 360° rotation, enabling complex multi-axis machining.
