POREBA TRP 110 MANUAL LATHE

The Poreba TRP 110 is a heavy-duty CNC manual lathe equipped with a Siemens Sinumerik 840D control system, designed for precision and large-scale turning operations. It offers a maximum turning diameter over the bed of 1100 mm and 740 mm over the cross slide, accommodating workpieces up to 6000 mm in length with a maximum weight capacity of 9800 kg. The lathe features a powerful 22 to 30 kW spindle motor driving a spindle with an A1-11 taper and a spindle bore of 95 mm, reaching speeds up to 800 rpm, enabling efficient machining of large and heavy parts. The machine includes both a 3-jaw and a 4-jaw chuck for versatile workholding, along with a multifunctional Multifix quick-change toolpost for flexible tooling setups. A steady rest is provided to support longer workpieces during turning. The lathe is equipped with a coolant attachment to enhance machining performance and prolong tool life. Axis travel capabilities include an X-axis travel of approximately 10 mm and a Z-axis travel of around 5 mm for precise control of tool movement.
