Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust 3-axis vertical spindle configuration, designed for high-precision machining of complex components. The worktable measures 64.96 inches in length and 29.53 inches in width, supporting a minimum load capacity of 800 kg and equipped with 18 mm T-slots for secure workpiece clamping. The machine offers generous travel ranges: 59.06 inches (1,500 mm) on the X-axis, 29.53 inches (750 mm) on the Y-axis, and 27.56 inches (700 mm) on the Z-axis, enabling the processing of large and intricate parts. The spindle delivers a minimum speed of 15,000 RPM, ensuring efficient material removal and fine surface finishes, with a BT40 taper for compatibility with a wide range of tooling. The automatic tool changer (ATC) has a capacity of 24 tools, facilitating rapid and seamless tool changes to maximize productivity. Positioning accuracy is rated at 0.008 mm or better, with re-positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm or better, guaranteeing repeatable and precise results. The machine is equipped with a Fanuc or Siemens controller, compatible with Edgecam software, and features a LAN interface for network integration. Standard accessories include a Renshaw NC4 laser non-contact tool setter, Renshaw OMP40-2 optical transmission probe, spindle air sealing, spindle ring spray, chip conveyor, coolant through spindle, and a collet set for tools ranging from 1 mm to 25 mm.
