It operates with a vertical spindle endowed with a #50 taper, delivering 25 HP at 6,000 RPM standard, with an optional upgrade to 12,000 RPM for higher-speed applications. The automatic tool changer (ATC) houses 30 tools, with a 4-second tool change time and 7 seconds for chip-to-chip tool change, optimizing cycle time efficiency. The machine supports up to three axes (X, Y, Z), each providing travels of 50", 25", and 25.6" respectively, with a maximum feed rate of 393 ipm and rapid traverse of 787 ipm, ensuring fast and precise machining movements. An optional fourth axis can be added for advanced multi-axis capabilities. Dual-pallet changer options increase productivity by allowing simultaneous loading and machining.
