The machine is equipped with twin main spindles, enhancing productivity and workload capabilities. The worktable measures 96" x 96" as standard, with an optional size of up to 180" x 120", supporting workpieces weighing up to 999,999 lbs. Optional index and rotary tables further expand its versatility for complex machining tasks. The Intimidator offers three-axis travel with X-axis up to 824", Y-axis up to 200", and Z-axis at 30", all with a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 600 ipm for efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. Tooling is managed via an optional MTC tool carrier, with a tool change chip time of 0 seconds, and a pallet changer is available for increased automation.
