The GSK980TD includes a large memory capacity of 6144KB, capable of storing up to 384 part programs, and supports full-screen editing, multilevel operation password management, and bidirectional communication for software and PLC program upgrades. The system features advanced functions such as pitch error compensation, backlash compensation, tool length compensation, tool nose radius compensation, and rigid tapping. It also supports metric/inch programming, automatic chamfering, tool life management, and macro command programming. The user interface is available in Chinese or English, with a 7-inch color LCD display for clear visualization of machining paths and system status. The integrated PLC provides comprehensive logic control, supporting various automatic toolposts and spindle gear shifting, ensuring reliable and flexible operation for diverse machining requirements.
