It features multilevel operation password management for enhanced security and convenient system administration. The controller supports bidirectional communication between CNC and PC, as well as between CNC units, facilitating software upgrades and PLC program transfers. The embedded PLC enables control of automatic toolposts and spindle gear shifting, with the ability to edit, transmit, and download ladder diagrams. The system offers comprehensive compensation features, including pitch error, backlash, tool length, and tool nose radius compensation, ensuring high accuracy. It supports metric and inch programming, multiple thread types, and variable pitch threading, with high-speed thread run-out and set retraction. The interface is available in both Chinese and English, and the system is compatible with the GSK980TA, ensuring easy integration and operation.
