The embedded PLC enables control of automatic toolposts and spindle gear shifting, with the ability to edit, transmit, and download ladder diagrams. The system offers comprehensive compensation features, including pitch error, backlash, tool length, and tool nose radius compensation, ensuring high accuracy. It supports metric and inch programming, multiple thread types, and variable pitch threading, with high-speed thread run-out and set retraction.
