The SEIBU M25LP is an ultra-precision oil-type wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) engineered for demanding manufacturing applications requiring cutting accuracy within ±1µm. The machine operates on a 5-axis simultaneous control system with 4-axis simultaneous capability, enabling complex geometric precision cutting. The Smart NC control device integrates with a 21.5-inch multi-touch TFT display for intuitive operator interface and program management. Wire diameter options range from Φ0.05mm to Φ0.20mm, with the Φ0.05mm option available for ultra-fine cutting applications. The machine employs an oil-based filtration system utilizing the MF330 filtration device with 330L tank capacity, delivering superior surface finish and enhanced tool durability compared to water-type systems.
