The Shop Fox W1848 is a 13-1/4 inch oscillating upright drill press powered by a 3/4 horsepower, 110V, single-phase motor drawing 9 amps. It features a JT33 keyed drill chuck accommodating bits from 3/64" to 5/8" with a drilling capacity of 5/8" through mild steel. The drill press offers 12 spindle speeds ranging from 250 to 3050 RPM, controlled via adjustable V-belt drive. The spindle travel length is 3-1/8 inches with a quill diameter of 1.565 inches and an oscillating stroke length of 3/4 inch, enabling efficient contour sanding as well as drilling. The 12-3/8-inch round table supports workpieces with tilt capability of 90° in both directions and includes a 2-1/2 inch dust port for debris extraction.
