The SINHONG VMC-850 is a precision vertical machining center engineered for diverse manufacturing applications including mechanical processing and mold making. This three-axis CNC machine features a robust work envelope with 800mm (31.5 inches) X-axis travel, 500mm (19.7 inches) Y-axis travel, and 500mm (19.7 inches) Z-axis travel, accommodating components from rough to finish machining operations. The machine incorporates a 1000x500mm (41.3x19.7 inches) worktable capable of supporting up to 500kg maximum load, with five T-slots for secure workpiece positioning. Powered by an 11kW spindle motor, the VMC-850 delivers 8,000 RPM with BT40 spindle taper, enabling high-precision milling, drilling, tapping, and boring processes. The machine utilizes linear guideway systems with servo-driven ball screws on all axes, achieving ±0.005mm positioning accuracy and ±0.003mm repeat positioning accuracy. An automatic 24-tool changer with arm-type magazine ensures efficient tool management, reducing production downtime. The machine incorporates servo motors with automatic locking functions on the Z-axis for safety during power interruptions. Rapid traverse speeds reach 24m/min on X and Y axes and 20m/min on Z-axis, with cutting feed speeds from 1-10m/min. The VMC-850 weighs approximately 5,300-5,600kg and measures 2600x2300x2800mm overall, featuring full sheet metal protection and configurable CNC control systems including GSK, Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi options.
