This vertical machining center features a large worktable measuring 118" x 59", with an optional extended length of 157.4" x 59", supporting workpieces up to 22,000 lbs. It is equipped with a vertical spindle taper #50, running at speeds up to 6,000 RPM standard, with an optional maximum of 7,500 RPM. The spindle motor delivers 35 HP at 30-minute rating, upgradeable to 50 HP for heavy-duty machining. The machine includes an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 40 tools, expandable up to 90 tools, ensuring efficient tool management and reduced downtime. A pallet changer is available optionally, allowing two pallets for streamlined workpiece handling. The machining center operates with 4 axes by default, with a 5-axis configuration optional, providing versatile machining capabilities. Axis travels include X-axis at 127" (up to 206.6" optional), Y-axis at 106", and Z-axis at 31.4" (extendable to 39.3"). The machine supports maximum feed rates up to 600 IPM with rapid traverses of 800 IPM, facilitating high-speed machining operations.
