The swivel head primary tool carrier accommodates up to 40 turning tools and 40 rotary tools, with simultaneous single-tool cutting capability. A dedicated rotary tool spindle provides 25 horsepower at 3,000 RPM for secondary machining operations. The 5-axis configuration delivers comprehensive positional freedom, with X-axis travel of 33 inches, Y-axis travel of 10 inches, and Z-axis travel of 102 inches, enabling efficient multi-process machining of complex workpieces.
