Each main spindle delivers up to 30 HP (optional 35 HP) and a maximum speed of 3,200 RPM, supporting a turning diameter and length of 12.600" and a maximum swing of 18.900" with a 12.000" chuck diameter. The dual-spindle configuration enables simultaneous machining, significantly boosting productivity. Both spindles are paired with independent turret-style tool carriers, each accommodating up to 12 turning and 12 rotary tools, allowing for a total of 24 tools and enabling two tools to cut simultaneously. The machine features X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 6.890", 12.600", and 12.600" respectively, with all axes offering a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 197 ipm for fast, precise movement.
