The Sodick ALN800G is a rigid linear motor-driven wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) system engineered for high-precision cutting applications. This machine incorporates Sodick's next-generation Smart Pulse Wire (SPW) control technology with an integrated Smart Pulse Generator, significantly enhancing cutting speed and precision while reducing the number of passes required to achieve desired surface finishes. The ALN800G features flat rigid linear motor drives on its X, Y, U, and V axes, coupled with absolute linear glass scales ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy and a 10-year positioning guarantee.
