It features five main spindles with the primary spindle delivering up to 71 HP at 320 RPM, optimized for heavy cutting and demanding machining operations. The machine incorporates advanced technology such as hydrostatic slideways, double rack and pinion drives, and a highly rigid RAM made from induction-hardened, precision-ground steel, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and thermal stability even under heavy cutting loads. It supports extensive X, Y, and Z axis travels with a vertical traverse cross beam ("W" axis) that enhances machining versatility and chip removal efficiency. Integrated tooling includes secondary milling and drilling functions with a broad range of customizable tool holders using hydraulic clamping and Hirth couplings for high repeatability and coolant sealing. The system employs an automatic tool changer with multiple tool magazines, enabling continuous production and high productivity.
