This machine accommodates a maximum bar diameter of 12mm (0.500") and delivers turning lengths up to 205mm (8.000"), making it ideal for complex geometries requiring tight tolerances. Equipped with dual main spindles and a sub-spindle, each capable of 12,000 RPM, the SV-12 delivers exceptional throughput and operational flexibility. The primary slide tool carrier supports up to five turning tools and three rotary tools at 0.70 HP, while the secondary turret configuration accommodates eight turning tools and three rotary tools at 1.00 HP, with a maximum rotary speed of 5,750 RPM. The machine features eight fully coordinated CNC axes (X/Y/Z1/A/B/E/Z2) enabling simultaneous dual-tool cutting operations. Advanced capabilities include standard secondary mill/drill functions operating on-center and off-center, with full C-axis and Y-axis control for complex contour work.
