Technical Description

The Sure First QM-765 Vertical Machining Center is a high-speed, high-precision CNC machine designed for demanding production environments. Featuring a robust closed-bridge structure, it delivers superior rigidity and stability for consistent machining accuracy. The machine offers X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 27.56 inches (700 mm), 23.62 inches (600 mm), and 19.69 inches (500 mm), respectively, with a worktable measuring 23.62 inches (600 mm) wide by 33.46 inches (850 mm) long, capable of supporting workpieces up to 800 kg. The spindle operates at speeds up to 24,000 RPM, powered by a 24.97 hp (18.6 kW) motor, and utilizes an HSK63A interface for enhanced tool holding and performance. The standard 16-position automatic tool changer (ATC) ensures rapid tool exchange, minimizing downtime. The QM-765 is equipped with a European plate and lift-up type chip conveyor for efficient chip removal, as well as an extra air/coolant gun connection for improved cooling and cleaning. Additional features include a coolant-through-spindle package (20 bar), automatic tool length measurement, digital servo motors and drives for all axes, optical linear encoders for precise positioning, and an oil skimmer for coolant maintenance. The machine is controlled by a CNC system, supporting advanced programming and operation. Designed for versatility, the QM-765 is ideal for high-speed machining of complex parts in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and mold manufacturing.
