The SYNTAK MRU-32 is a high-performance vertical machining center designed for precision 5-axis milling operations. It features a robust construction with a BT40 spindle taper, supporting a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 RPM and delivering reliable power for demanding machining tasks. The machine offers generous travel distances of 27.56 inches (700 mm) on the X-axis, 23.62 inches (600 mm) on the Y-axis, and 19.69 inches (500 mm) on the Z-axis, enabling the processing of medium to large workpieces. Equipped with a CNC control system, the MRU-32 ensures accurate and efficient operation, supporting complex programming and automation. The automatic tool changer has a capacity of 40 tools, enhancing productivity by minimizing downtime during tool changes.
